Losing Streak Continues for Tigers with 12-3 Loss to Snowpeople
|
Ellesmere Island and Twinsburg put this game in the books despite some rain.
The Ellesmere Island Snowpeople topped the Twinsburg Tigers, 12-3, in M3L Rookie action at The Igloo. The game was highlighted by the performance of Ellesmere Island second baseman Lynn Anderson. Ted Warner, now 3-0, was credited with the win. He allowed 3 runs on 4 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 0.
The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the The Igloo crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.
"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said Ellesmere Island manager Mesa Altuve.
