Nova Scotia picked up a win at The Dungeon in Halifax, bumping off the San Mateo Dirty Reds, 3-1. Pitcher Rod Watts was a major reason the Leviathan emerged victorious. Tom DeHart nailed down his 2nd save. The win has Nova Scotia at 5-8.

In the bottom of the third, Benno Luby hit a 2-run double. The 6th double of the season for the Nova Scotia left fielder put the Leviathan on top, 2-0.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Luby.
