Behind the hitting of Yong-hong Ren, the Nova Scotia Leviathan stopped the Seattle Rocketeers, 8-3. Ren was 2-5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Leviathan. Nova Scotia occupies 6th place in the Premier League at 29-30.

With Nova Scotia leading 3-0 in the top of the fourth, Ren hit a fastball from Alco Roelofs for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Leviathan ahead, 6-0.
