The Boston Patriots defeated the Nova Scotia Leviathan, 7-6. Doing his part was right fielder Quincy Wass, who was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. Boston reliever Luke Corner picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Tom DeHart shouldered the loss. The save went to Dewitt Clendaniel, number 1 for him.
This game was not decided until late. With two out in the top of the tenth, Enrique Emperador drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Patriots took the lead, 7-6.
