Downs 3AA Winner, Top Hurler in August Friday, September 1st , 2045 The M3L Double A scribes have picked August's Pitcher of the Month and have given the trophy to Jonathan Downs of Irving. He was devastating on the mound last month with a standout 4-1 mark. The Blue Sox star hurler made 5 starts with a 1.95 ERA and surrendered 24 hits in 37 innings. He struck out 23 and walked 14. So far this season Downs has compiled a 6-9 record with a 5.14 ERA. |
