Aleksandr Lovenetsky Out for Season Friday, July 14th , 2045 A blow for Aleksandr Lovenetsky today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 10 months with a torn rotator cuff. Lovenetsky suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Ithaca Fighting Imps are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Lovenetsky's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. This season Lovenetsky has compiled a 0-1 mark with a 6.06 ERA. |
