Benjamin Bays Drills 3 HR in One Game

Benjamin Bays went yard three times in a Montana Pandas victory over the Las Vegas Flamingos at The Strip today.
"I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit."
For the day, the Montana right fielder went 3-for-4 against Las Vegas with 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Pandas to the 7-4 win.
"I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out."
Benjamin Bays grounded out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Harry Stuterberg in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Harry Stuterberg in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Harry Stuterberg in the 8th.
Batting .231 to date, Bays has 10 home runs and 21 RBIs.
