Young Tosses 8-0 Shutout for Lake Erie Friday, May 19th , 2045 Jimmy Young kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the Lake Erie Arryns were all smiles after winning 8-0 against the Pontiac Godfathers at Arryns Ballpark today. The right-handed Young gave up no runs in his start, permitted 1 hit and had 12 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Young said later.
