Grand Forks Clinches Wild Card Thursday, September 7th , 2045 The Grand Forks Caterpillars could very well have acquired some new fans late this season, as the team's 2045 playoff chase saw them win the wild card as the season wound to a close. "It's an exciting time to be a fan of the Caterpillars. I think we had people on the edge of their seats wondering what would happen," said center fielder Alonso Romo. What ended up happening is that the team's 54-42 record has allowed it to move on to the postseason, with a chance to win the 2nd 3L A Championship in franchise history. "It's only going to get more exciting from here on in," Romo said. |
