3A Player of the Week Named Monday, July 17th , 2045 Mike Sherman is respected by most Pontiac Godfathers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old second baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the M3L Single A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .474 average (9-for-19) with 2 home runs, 3 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far on the season Sherman is hitting .254 with 7 home runs, 18 RBIs and 24 runs scored. He has 54 hits and played in 58 games. |
