Bustamante Awarded June's 3A Top Bat Prize Saturday, July 1st , 2045 Miguel Bustamante is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Lake Erie first baseman joined that select company when the M3L Single A announced the results of June's voting. Bustamante totaled 26 hits, 9 walks, 2 home runs, 13 RBIs and 9 runs scored last month to put together a .325 batting average and .404 on-base percentage. Looking at his stats this year, Bustamante has compiled a .319 batting average, while hitting 3 home runs and driving in 17 runs. He has played in 46 games and scored 23 runs. |
