Asmus Lays Hammer Down in 3-0 Win
|
The Mancelona Torch got a stellar performance from pitcher Otton Asmus, who handcuffed the Kingston offense en route to a win, 3-0, at Torch Field. The save went to Danny Antonio, number 3 for him. The Mangos, at 9-15, have lost 4 straight games.
Asmus delivered a quality start for Mancelona. The 6' 6" right-hander allowed no earned runs on 3 hits over 8 innings of work.
