Ramírez K's 10 En Route to 3-1 Arryns Win
|
Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Lake Erie Arryns and the Niagara Falls Expos. Lake Erie won it, 3-1. Lake Erie starter José Ramírez was in command. Chris Johnson picked up the save, his 2nd. The Expos drop to 7-9 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2045 season.
Ramírez, who dominated for Lake Erie, earned the victory to move to 3-0. He was in control the whole game, scattering 4 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 10. Niagara Falls batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
"It was a tough night at the plate," said Niagara Falls manager Alan Manor.
