Casper shortstop Ramón Rodríguez contributed to his team's 13-3 win over the Akron Blimps. Rodríguez, who is tied for 8th in the 3AA in bases on balls with 41, went 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Ghosts. Picking up the win was Luis Ornelas. He went 7.2 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits. The left--hander struck out 2 and walked 2. Casper is now 46-39.

In the first inning, Rodríguez had a grand slam home run for Casper. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Ghosts on top, 6-0.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Rodríguez told the Casper Citizen.
