Browns Roll to 8-3 Win Over White Walkers

Another game, another loss for the struggling Buffalo White Walkers.
The Cleveland Browns topped the Buffalo White Walkers, 8-3, in Menard's Third League action at Beyond the Wall. The standout performance belonged to Cleveland pitcher and Berea, Ohio, native Eugene Phillips. The last-place White Walkers have dropped 8 straight games.
The outcome might have been different for Cleveland, had it not been for Charlie Cummings, the 26-year old left fielder . Cummings stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put Cleveland up, 5-3. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.
"We're our own worst enemy right now," said Buffalo skipper Chris Lau.
