Outlaws Take Down Oaks, 6-5
|
Nashville Stadium was rocking after an exciting Outlaws win.
The Nashville Outlaws beat the Oakland Oaks, 6-5, at Nashville Stadium. The Outlaws got a fine performance from shortstop Jiao-long Xú, who was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Outlaws, at 44-30, have now won 6 straight.
The game came to a sudden end. In the bottom of the tenth, with no one out, Xú drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It gave Nashville the 6-5 walk-off win.
"Our guys just had that look of determination," said winning manager Ryan Naylor.
