The Buckhead Bowties got a superb performance from pitcher Mark Smith. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Montana. The Pandas won the game, 2-1. Smith threw 8.1 innings of 4-hit ball. The losing streak for Buckhead has now reached 5 games.

Montana used the timely hitting of Roberto Flores to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put the Pandas on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Flores.
