Thomas hits 2 home runs, Leads Lighthouse to Win
Melvin Thomas was instrumental in his team's 8-6 triumph over the Seattle Rocketeers. The second baseman was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Long Island Lighthouse. Shem Burkholder, the winning pitcher, is now 8-2.
