SL Announces Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, October 31st, 2042 The D.C. Divided have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Van Hileman, this year's United States Silver League Outstanding Pitcher Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Hileman compiled a 14-3 record in 25 starts, tallied 181 strikeouts in 160.1 innings and recorded a 1.85 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .197 batting average against him. Chase Sims of the Kingston Township Knights finished second in voting, while Travis Morgan of the San Mateo Dirty Reds finished third. |
