Crum Swings for the Cycle Tuesday, August 12th, 2042 Today at Great Northern Field Dusty Crum tore up Dirty Reds pitching, but the Northern Lions BC still came up empty. San Mateo whipped them 6-3, despite his best efforts. The Thunder Bay catcher hit for the cycle with a 4-for-4 day and collected 1 run batted in and scored 2 runs -- but to no avail -- his team lost the game anyway. Dusty Crum singled in the 2nd, tripled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Travis Morgan in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. This year Crum is batting .249 with 72 hits and 5 home runs.
