The Detroit Elite defeated the Colorado Billy Goats, 6-5, at Detroit Stadium today. Leading the charge for Detroit was catcher Daryl Yandell. He went 3-5 with 2 doubles and a walk, while adding 4 RBI. Detroit reliever Tony Torres picked up the win, upping his record to 4-0. Magnus Belli took the loss. This loss makes it 7 in a row for Colorado.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With two out, Yandell hit a sinker from Magnus Belli for a run-scoring double. The Elite, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

In postgame remarks, Yandell simply said: "Here's to a great win!"
