Dirty Reds Drop Another One
The D.C. Divided downed the San Mateo Dirty Reds, 8-5, at Washington Stadium. Francisco Alhama led the way, going 2-for-3 for D.C.. Kent Martin, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save. The losing streak for San Mateo has now reached 5 games.

Alhama made an early impact for D.C. when he stroked his 17th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which came in the bottom of the first, put the Divided on top, 2-0.

"You win some, you lose some. I don't get too caught up in all that," said Alhama.
