The Kingston Township Knights topped the San Mateo Dirty Reds, 4-2, in United States Silver League action at Cloverdale Legion Park. The player of the game was Kingston Township pitcher and Xalapa, Mexico native Francisco Díaz. Díaz, now 1-1, was the winner. In 8.1 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 6, walking 2, and allowing 2 earned runs. The Knights saw their record improve to 19-22.

Daniel McCoy drove in one run for Kingston Township. In the bottom of the fifth, with the teams deadlocked, 1-1, McCoy delivered for the Knights. His run-scoring sacrifice fly put Kingston Township on top, 2-1.
