Long Island right-hander Valentin Calhamar made an effective start against the Ft. Worth Cattlemen at The Cattle Pen, leading his team to a 4-3 win. Calhamar picked up the win for Long Island, going 7 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 4-0. Carlos Rodríguez finished the game for Long Island and earned his 6th save.
