Historic Day: Goodwill Jolts 4 HR Saturday, September 14th, 2041 Hitting a single home run is a tough task. Hitting two in a game is impressive. Hitting three is remarkable. Anything beyond that is borderline unbelievable -- yet that's what Colm Goodwill did today in the 16-2 New Orleans Voodoo victory over the Chicago Silver Sox. Goodwill went 4-for-6 with 4 home runs and drove in 7 runs in a once-in-a-lifetime feat that the opposing manager later labeled "impossible." "I don't believe it really happened," Silver Sox manager Dustin Hewitt joked to BNN reporters afterward. "I don't ever enjoy losing a game, but this kid was special today. I have never seen a guy hit 4 in a game before. I didn't enjoy it, but it was special." Colm Goodwill hit a solo-shot off Jay Mahabir in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Jay Mahabir in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Joel Plowden in the 7th, hit a two-run home run off Tony Torres in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.
