In a pivotal Game , the Seattle Rocketeers were hoping for a big game from starter Alvin Randolph. They got one.

The left-hander shut out the Montana Pandas, proving to be the difference-maker as he led his club to a 1-0 victory. The Rocketeers took the 1-0 win over the Montana Pandas to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

Randolph, who was born in Marietta-Alderwood, Washington, threw 63 pitches over 5.2 innings, while allowing no earned runs.

"We haven't forgotten how long this series might be, but is a heck of a lot better than - ," Randolph said.
