The Echo Park Lakers topped the Panama City Piranhas, 10-6, with left fielder Philip Todd playing a big role. Todd went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Lakers in the win. Ken Peterson picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 5-0. Vadim Rajnev was tagged with the loss. Even with the win, the Lakers have a dismal 28-69 record.
