It was a good time at The Tank, where fans came to watch the Toledo Stingers and Panama City Piranhas get after it.

The Toledo Stingers got a sterling performance from designated hitter Alfredo Martínez, but the Piranhas still prevailed, 8-6. Martínez was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He went 3-4 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Ramón Barrueco locked down his 5th save.

Panama City grabbed control in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Blaze Alexander delivered a run-scoring single, to make it 7-6 in favor of the Piranhas.

"We came out aggressive," said Piranhas manager Brian Talamante. "We came out swinging the bats."

The Piranhas, at 46-28, lead by one game in their division.
