The Kingston Township Knights picked up a win at The Lighthouse, knocking off the Long Island Lighthouse, 5-4. On the mound for Kingston Township was left-hander Chase Sims, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Lighthouse, at 36-30, have lost 4 straight games.
Kingston Township grabbed control in the top of the sixth. With no one out and a runner on 1st, Eustacio Tafalla delivered a run-scoring double, to make it 3-2 in favor of the Knights.
"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Kingston Township manager Rayzor Ray. "It's usually not just one thing."
