Dodgers Lose to Rocketeers, 4-3
|
Seattle left-hander Alvin Randolph made an effective start against the Brooklyn Dodgers at Ebbetts Field, leading his team to a 4-3 win. Randolph went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 1, and struck out 8. His record improves to 7-0. Seattle now has a 3-game win streak.
Seattle used the bat of Manoo Satyavrat to get the win. The left fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Rocketeers ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it did its damage.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Randolph said after the game.
