The Toledo Stingers and Kingston Township Knights played an exciting game at Cloverdale Legion Park.

In a low-scoring tilt between the Toledo Stingers and the Kingston Township Knights, Ricky Sellers was the difference-maker. The Toledo right-hander earned player of the game honors in the 3-2 win. Taalay Ibragimov picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-1. Zebulon Vermillion was tagged with the loss.

The result might have been different for Toledo, had it not been for Shiki Sanu, the 34-year old third baseman . Sanu stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put Toledo up, 3-2. For the game, he had 1 double and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.

"We'll savor this win," Sanu told the Toledo Chronicle, "then get ready for the next game."

The Stingers, at 25-16, have now won 4 straight.
