SAA Honors Kringlen, #1 Batter in August Thursday, September 1st, 2039 It's perhaps an award he'll win many more times through his career, as at age 22 Keaton Kringlen has a lot of baseball ahead of him. But for now the young Lancaster Farmers star can enjoy the numbers he put up in August, which have garnered him the nod as the USSL Double A Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .390 average with 8 home runs, 32 RBIs and 18 runs scored. So far this season Kringlen is batting .340 with 14 home runs, 78 RBIs and 59 runs scored. He has 118 hits in 347 at-bats, 44 walks and a .419 OBP. Kringlen has played in 87 games. |
