SAA Player of the Week Awarded Monday, July 25th, 2039 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Nicodemo Nardone of the Yakima Hops reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Nardone rocked opposing pitching for a .667 average (8-for-12), no home runs and 2 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Nardone is batting .423 with 11 hits, no home runs, 2 RBIs, 4 walks, .500 OBP and has scored 4 runs. |
