The Casper Ghosts beat the Ithaca Fighting Imps, 9-4, at Imps Park. The Ghosts got a fine performance from first baseman Hjalmar Bisseling, who captured player of the game honors. He was 1 for 1 with 3 walks, while scoring 2 times. Marty McFly got credit for the save for Casper. It was his 4th of the year. The Ghosts have an impressive 65-36 record.

Casper used the timely hitting of Ángel Castro to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the sixth inning to put the Ghosts on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
