The Northville Eclipse got a magnificent effort from pitcher Pi-ao Tsao, who kept Casper hitters in check en route to a 1-0 Eclipse win at Old-Timers Park. Tsao, the winner, moves to 8-5. He threw 6 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 4 walks. Northville is now 47-41, while Casper is 57-31.

The Eclipse got a big at-bat from first baseman Josip Primorac. For the game, Primorac went 1 for 4. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 88th hit of the season gave Northville a 1-0 lead.

"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Primorac said.
