Victory Pushes Eclipse Record to 19-17
Northville starter Ryson Polonius pitched effectively against the Virginia Beach Whales at Old-Timers Park. The left-hander led his team to a 5-2 win. Juan Colón picked up the save for Northville, his 6th of the year. The Eclipse bumped their record to 19-17 with this latest triumph.

Ricardo Urby had a big 2-run double for the Eclipse in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Northville trailing 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a splitter from Nicolaas de Jongh and stroked the double to right. It was his 7th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Eclipse ahead, 3-2.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Urby. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
