Urrutiz 5-for-5 for Ladue Wednesday, June 24th, 2037 It was high-fives all around for Rafael Urrutiz at Ducks Park today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Long Island Ducks. Urrutiz smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 7-2 win. "Rafael was hitting everything," said Rams manager Henry Henderson. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Ducks manager Luis Díaz told BNN beat writers that Urrutiz "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," he said. "Hopefully, Urrutiz oversleeps next time." Rafael Urrutiz singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Finley Brinley in the 9th.
