Fontirroig on Fire, Strikes out 15 Music Saturday, June 6th, 2037 Valley View Cougars starter Pepe Fontirroig brought his best stuff to Hillandale Grounds today against the Memphis Music, striking out 15 batters in his club's 4-0 victory. In a strong performance, the 21-year-old Fontirroig gave up 5 hits in his 8.2 innings of work and issued no walks. "I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my changeup was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me."
