Perrin and Chong Fight, Get Suspended Monday, August 17th, 2037 Denis Perrin of the Valley View Cougars and Il-gyung Chong of the Fort Knox Centennial will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Cougars-Centennial game at Hillandale Grounds. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Perrin and Chong will begin serving them soon. So far this season Perrin is hitting .300 with 6 home runs. Thus far this season Chong has posted a 2-4 record, started 16 games, struck out 81 batters in 71.1 innings and compiled a 2.90 ERA. |
