Players Suspended in Sixshooters-Thunder Hawks Donnybrook Monday, June 15th, 2037 Vesa Karpinen of the Westwood Sixshooters and Ricardo Peito of the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 7 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Sixshooters-Thunder Hawks game at Sixshooters Stadium. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Karpinen and Peito will begin serving them soon. Currently Karpinen has no home runs and a .267 batting average. Checking out his stats for the season, Peito has notched 6 wins and no losses in 0 starts, 1.71 ERA and struck out 27 batters in 31.2 innings. |
