PAA Outstanding Pitcher Award Goes to Deleón Saturday, October 10th, 2037 He's in the early phase of his career, but this past season Víctor Deleón performed like a veteran on the hill for the Northville Eclipse and walked away with the USPL Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award in the process. The 25-year-old Eclipse star fashioned a 13-5 won-loss record in 2037 with a 2.94 ERA. In 174.1 innings of work and 24 starts, Deleón struck out 127 while giving up 161 hits and 36 walks. He held opposing batters to a .242 average. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Ricardo Fraga of the Northville Eclipse finished second in voting, while Nicky Bogdan of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles finished third.
