5-Hit Game for Clement Sunday, August 23rd, 2037 Gregory Clement did a number on the Shooters in the Ft. Polk South 17-9 victory today, and the number was 5. The Thunder Hawks right fielder banged out 5 hits in 6 at-bats at Springfield Stadium to lead his club past the Springfield Shooters. "I felt good in the batter's box today," he said later. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Gregory Clement singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Richard Arnie in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and struck out in the 9th.
