Week's Best Player Honored by PAA Monday, August 17th, 2037 This week Miguel Pacheco, third baseman for the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, hit his way to the USPL Double A Player of the Week Award. Pacheco put on a hitting clinic with a .533 average as he belted and battered PAA pitchers for 8 hits in 15 at-bats, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 4 runs. In 79 games this season Pacheco has compiled a .298 batting average with 86 hits and 23 home runs. He has also scored 46 times and knocked in 78 runs. |
