Gómez Severely Scalded by Hot Water

Coeur right fielder Ramón Gómez received medical attention yesterday after being scalded at his home. Gómez was apparently attempting to boil a pot of water when he accidentally knocked the pot over onto his right arm. The injury will reportedly cause Gómez to be out of action for the next week as the burns heal.

PL News: Draft Pool Revealed

United States Premier League has dealt the cards out on the table, announcing the list of players looking to draw a glimpse of success in the 2037 first-year player draft. Management and scouting veterans from all teams will be able to review candidates for 65 days prior to the draft and determine who might be appropriately suited for a future role in the upcoming shuffle of fortune and fate.
