Silver Sox Come Back Late, Nip Grey Wolves

Both teams had their chances, but the Chicago Silver Sox eventually prevailed at Wolf Den in Vancouver.
Vancouver third baseman Komotay Koffie had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 5-4, to Chicago at Wolf Den in Vancouver. Koffie went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs. The winner was Chicago reliever Shang-de Fu, now 4-3. The loser was Sjaak Bonne.
Chicago used the bat of Chris Fitzgerald to capture the win. The second baseman jacked a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Silver Sox ahead, 5-4. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a dandy.
"I was a little disappointed," said Vancouver manager David Krause. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
Chicago is 4th in the Premier League with a record of 52-44.
