Northville Eclipse starter Maxx Bleecher was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Westwood Sixshooters, 11-0. Pi-ao Tsao, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save. The Eclipse, now 2-0, have hit the ground running this season.

Colm Shapland made an early impact for Northville when he stroked his 2nd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which came with one out in the bottom of the second, put the Eclipse on top, 2-0.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Shapland said. "We did a good job of that today."
