Ivanovich Gets Award for Relief Work Friday, October 27th, 2034 The manager of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC said he always had confidence handing the ball to Anatoly Ivanovich out of the bullpen. The 27-year-old was a dominant performer all year for Thunder Bay and his efforts have been rewarded with the United States Silver League Reliever of the Year Award for 2034. The bullpen ace had an impressive 2.49 ERA this season, with 17 saves in 63 relief appearances. He fanned 154 batters in 126.2 innings and sported a record of 8 wins and 4 losses. Holden Rosen Grupp of the Seattle Aviators finished second in voting, while Nam Yee Yong of the New Jersey Fenix finished third. |
