Yates Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, August 21st, 2034 The Nashville Outlaws received word today that catcher Jerry Yates was selected United States Silver League Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Yates took full advantage of all 29 plate appearances last week as he hit .407 with 11 hits, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Yates is hitting at a .280 mark this season. His stats show 9 home runs, 36 RBIs and 41 runs scored. He has played 67 games for the Outlaws. |
