Player of the Week: Garasanin of the Outlaws Monday, August 14th, 2034 25-year-old Bora Garasanin sent shock waves through United States Silver League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the United States Silver League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Garasanin made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .444 average, 12 hits in 27 at-bats, 3 home runs and 6 RBI. Where the Nashville Outlaws right fielder goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Garasanin certainly made his mark last week. Posting a .272 batting average to date, Garasanin has 17 home runs and 40 RBIs. |
