Outlaws, Molina Blank Aviators
|
Ramón Molina hurled a fine game for the Nashville Outlaws at Boeing Dome today, holding the Seattle Aviators to 5 hits in a shutout win.
"When he started out, his command wasn't that good, but he's a tough guy," Nashville manager Ryan Naylor said. "The more pitches he throws, the better his command is."
The right-hander had 10 strikeouts and 3 walks in the 1-0 victory.
"An outstanding job," Seattle manager Mau Delgado said. "We couldn't get anything going. Every time we got a hit, he got out of the jam. He pitched a terrific game."
